Thanksgiving break is right around the corner and everyone is starting to get into the festive spirit! Prices are dropping, Black Friday advertisements are appearing everywhere, and songs are being played in the stores. Roasted turkeys and pumpkin pies make people’s stomachs growl, and travel plans are being made! People are eager for the family reunions! Of course, not everyone is doing these things, but these BTMS students are!
Daniel Kozodoy, an eighth grader, said, “I’m going to Portland to visit my cousin and I’m really looking forward to dirt biking and eating turkey! I also wanted to go white water rafting but my parents probably won’t let me.”
Logan Katzer, a seventh grader, said, “We go to Ocean Shores every year to see my grandma, and I love the food! I usually play games and it's always very fun.”
Jillian Beam, a seventh grader, said, “I’m spending Thanksgiving with my family at home. I wanted to travel around to visit relatives but my parents wouldn’t let me.”
Another student stated,“I’m visiting my Uncle’s house and I’m really looking forward to staying at home, watching TV, and eating food.”
