1. Be Organized:
Being organized helps you not lose assignments, and it makes it a lot easier to find something you need.
2. Stay on Task:
Staying on task helps you learn more because you will take more time into it and not drift off into space.
3. Do the Extra Credit:
Working on extra credit gives you a better grade, and the best part is if you fail the extra credit, no points are taken off the real grade.
4. Study:
Studying helps you remember what the answer is and how to do what you need to do.
5. Test Yourself:
Testing yourself before a test is a great way to memorize the answers. Using flashcards are a great way to do so.
6. Turn in Assignments on Time:
Turning in assignments late usually means you lose credit, so make sure to turn them in on time.
7. Do All the Homework in Order of Importance:
"If you have something that's due the next day, do it before an assignment that's due in a week,” said eighth grader Dylan Breuer. “This helps me a lot with getting good grades.”
8. Take Breaks:
Taking short breaks when you get tired and bored is way better than just sitting there and not doing anything, but just make sure they are not too long.
9. Don’t Be Afraid to Ask Questions:
If you really need help, then just ask a teacher or classmate, and they will be happy to help.
10. Never Give Up:
Don’t give up when it gets hard, find a way to do it, nothing is impossible.
