Snow Lake:
The lake featured above is the hidden gem to a 7.2 mile hike called the Snow Lake Trail in the Snoqualmie Region. The trail features a lake, many coniferous trees, and mountains. A fellow hiker named Madison Lackman reports: “This was a beautiful hike! Beware of slippery trails in the winter.” According to Lackman, the water is cold but is definitely worth swimming in to cool off once you’ve conquered this amazing place in the North West.
Boulder River:
The view above is the result of an 8.5 mile hike in the North Cascades. After trekking this beautiful hike, you can cool off by swimming in a river. According to a fellow hiker Dexter Redmond, “The hike has a very interesting history and it’s like walking through a forest that has trees made from a textbook.” There are many markers and signs that talk about the history of Washington.
