Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the long-awaited sequel to the highly praised Star Wars trilogy. The last time a sequel (a prequel, really) was made for Star Wars, it was generally received poorly. Will this sequel to the original trilogy live up to the Star Wars name? I thought it did. While it may not be as good as the original trilogy, it certainly has its moments. For one, the new characters in the movie are satisfying and great additions to the Star Wars universe. The camera shots made the movie have a classic look. While the orchestra in the movie was not the same as the first six movies, the soundtrack definitely had that Star Wars feel, similar to classic songs such as the Imperial March and the Throne Room. The movie even had the same classic scroll-in. It might not have been as good as the original, but it definitely lived up to its name.
