Humans of BTMS: Spring

Spring break is over and we’re entering the last quarter of the school year! Finals are coming, homework is being piled on us, SBA’s are looming around the corner, and the stress is building. As a result, we think back on our memories during break and long for summer. Why don’t we see what some of our students were up to during spring break?
Cole Wiles, an 8th grader, said, “I went to New York City to go visit my sister and go sightseeing. We stayed in the Row hotel, which was really nice, and went to the top of the new World Trade Center. All in all, it was a really cool experience.”
Connor Bryan, a 7th grader, went to Arizona over spring break. He went to visit national parks like the Grand Canyon, and went to a water park at the end of the trip.
Luke Morris, a 7th grader said, “I kind of just chilled at home, played some basketball, slept, and went to the beach with my grandma and mom. It was pretty fun and I got to sleep a lot.”
Elizabeth Hawkes and Kiley Pool, two 8th graders, both hung out together at the mall which was the highlight of their spring break. Kiley also went to Leavenworth and Oregon which she reported as really cool and exciting!
