First Spirit Assembly of the Year

In the Brier Terrace spirit assembly, the school ASB board went around all of the classes, collecting the amount of students who were participating in the spirit week, and wearing the designated item of clothing that was suggested. After every homeroom class was recorded for spirit week, the Bulldog ASB team sorted out all of the data, and found the winning class of the October spirit week: Ms. Burton’s BEL class! The winning class: Ms. Burton’s class, gets the super awesome crazy spectacular reward of a double lunch, for a whole day!

Another activity in the spirit week assembly was a big slideshow, of all of the participants in the spirit days. The spirit slideshow let the school view the pictures of each person who wore an item of the suggested clothing for each spirit week day.

In the assembly one of the activities were A game between the first season sports teams. Also, in the spirit assembly, there was a slideshow, of the people who participated in spirit week. (add photo[s])

An 8th grade student says that it was the worst assembly she has been to. And that both seventh graders and eighth graders needed to shape up. Big time. She said everyone was noisy and seriously need to chill.

Some students were disappointed in the winner of the costume contest. One student said, “Well, He didn’t even try! He only won because people like him and he’s popular.” The majority of students said he deserved it.
